Are you a hands-on leader with experience in roads, drainage, heavy equipment, and municipal operations? The City of Beaumont is seeking a Team Lead, Roads & Drainage to lead the daily maintenance and operation of our transportation and stormwater infrastructure. Reporting to the Manager, Parks & Roads Operations, you will provide leadership to Roads & Drainage staff, coordinate contractors, oversee service delivery, support emergency response, and provide technical expertise on roads, drainage, and related infrastructure. If you are a strong communicator who enjoys solving problems, leading teams, working outdoors, and delivering high-quality public services, we want to hear from you.
